About Our Club: The Bow Waters Canoe Club is a recreational paddling club whose mission is to promote and support recreational paddling and nordic skiing by providing educational and social opportunities in an environmentally conscious manner to all interested people. We enjoy paddling the rivers of Alberta, British Columbia and beyond. In addition to organizing over 100 river tours, we also offer equipment rentals, lessons, youth programs, social events and a newsletter. In winter, a Nordic skiing schedule and Jackrabbit Program provide lots of activity between paddling seasons.

About Our Club: The CKC is a member club of the Alberta Whitewater Association (AWA) and is a relatively informal organization of kayakers in the Calgary area. About Our Club: The Paddlers for Parts Association is a group of seakayakers and white water paddlers based in Yellowknife NT. that promote Organ and Tissue Donation and support the aims of the Kidney Foundation of Canada. Each year the group undertakes a 1000 mile journey either by kayak, canoe, bicycle or foot in an effort to raise funds for the Kidney Foundation of Canada. We use our status as a non profit organization to raise funds in our local area with which to run our association and to promote paddling in our area. Funds raised are used to support the Paddlers Bursary Fund which provides grants to mature students living with Kidney disease that are attempting to improve their lives through education.

About Our Club: Founded in 1958 the Mississauga Canoe Club was named after the Mississaugas of the New Credit, the tribe of Indians who gathered at the mouth of the Credit each year to trade and catch salmon.
The club originally occupied an old fishing shack at the mouth of the Credit River but soon moved up the river, across from Riverside School, to share a new building with the Don Rowing Club. The present building was built in 1973 and had a major addition and renovation in 1989. MCC is fortunate to be affiliated with the City of Mississauga and to receive support from the Kinsmen who share our building.
Over the last 40 years the Club has produced World and Olympic medalists and World Junior Champions. Our blue and white racing colours have won the Canadian National Championship a record 16 times, most recently in 2003. Currently MCC has members on the Canadian National Senior and Junior Canoe teams.
