The Infiniti TX, a new Thermoform skeg kayak from Seaward 
Seaward Kayaks is pleased to announce the launch of our first high performance, skeg-based kayak to utilize our new Thermoformed ZY-TX material.
Using our successful composite Quantum as a starting point, the Seaward design team added a day hatch, a slightly fuller bow and stern and an expansion in the chines of this multi-chined kayak. The result is startling maneuverability, easy edging and superb secondary stability. Like the Quantum, the ease (speed) with which this kayak goes through the water is astounding. A brand new feature is the kink-free skeg system. This new design ensures that the skeg cable will not kink, even if the paddler forgets to retract the skeg prior to landing. Seawards attention to detail shows in the inclusion of quick release rescue straps, a sturdy tow bar in the rear deck, anatomically designed carry handles, lightweight `Sea Dog foot pedals, sealed bulkheads including a sloping bulkhead behind the seat for easy cockpit drainage, anatomical padded bucket seat and padded thigh braces.
